The sixth biennial meeting of the Cognitive Development Society will be held October 16-17, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas at the El Tropicano Hotel. We invite you to reserve an exhibit space and to place an ad in our program book for this event.
Vendor Arrangements at the CDS 2009 meeting
Vendors will be centrally located to the meeting rooms. The conference hotel’s meeting space is compact and all events are proximal to each other. We anticipate that the vendor tables will be open throughout the meeting (i.e., 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Friday and Saturday). The hotel will provide each vendor with one six-foot table and chair. Additional facilities (e.g., more than one table, a telephone line) are negotiable through the Cognitive Development Society.
Program Advertisement
The program book will be distributed to the roughly 400 attendees at the CDS meeting. Full-page ads will be accepted. Ads will be accepted in greyscale or black and white. Cut size should be 6.5 in. by 9 in. File format should be a PDF at a resolution of 300 dpi. Deadline for submission to Kristi Schonwald (kschonwa@uchicago.edu) is September 15, 2009.

Shipping Information
Items for the exhibit may arrive at the El Tropicano Hotel no more than three days prior to the start of the program, or October 12, 2009. Shipments that exceed 5 boxes will incur a charge of $5.00 per box over 5 boxes. Boxes requiring pallets will incur a charge of $50.00 per pallet. The boxes should be shipped to the attention of:
