The seventh biennial meeting of the Cognitive Development Society will be held October 14-15 in Philadelphia, PA in the Sheraton Society Hotel. We invite you to reserve an exhibit space and to place an ad in our program book for this event.

Vendor Arrangements at the CDS 2011 meeting

Vendors will be centrally located to the meeting rooms. The conference hotel’s meeting space is compact and all events are proximal to each other. We anticipate that the vendor tables will be open throughout the meeting (i.e., 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Friday and Saturday). The hotel will provide each vendor with one six-foot table and chair. Additional facilities (e.g., more than one table, a telephone line) are negotiable through the Cognitive Development Society.

Program Advertisement

The program book will be distributed to the roughly 400 attendees at the CDS meeting. Full-page ads will be accepted. Ads will be accepted in greyscale or black and white. Cut size should be 6.5 in. by 9 in. File format should be a PDF at a resolution of 300 dpi. Deadline for submission to Kristi Schonwald is August 1, 2011.
