Registration

The meeting is open to both members and non-members. Members pay a reduced conference registration fee, so renew or join CDS today!

Membership: For regular members the annual dues are $55, for students the cost is $45. Attendees qualify for the conference member rate if they are a current 2009 member of CDS. To join or renew your membership for 2009, please call Taylor & Francis customer service at 1-800-354-1420, option 4. To join or renew your membership for 2009, you may do it online at the CDS membership webpage.

Registration: Conference fees by September 15th are $150 for members, $85 for student members, $205 for non-members. After September 15th the cost is $175 for members, $110 for student members, and $230 for non-members.   

You may pay your conference fees via secure server below or by mailing a check with the registration form to:

If you plan to pay via PayPal, please immediately complete your payment after submitting your online registration below. In other words, do not complete the registration form online until you are ready to complete your payment. After you pay via PayPal, you will receive two emails confirming your registration: One will be from CDS's registration system and will include a reminder to pay; the other will be from PayPal confirming that you paid your registration fee.
